Role Overview

We’re looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join us as Secondary Market Consultants . No prior real estate experience? No problem. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a hunger to grow professionally, we’ll train you to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to sell Secondary Properties across Dubais red hot landscape
• Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by the Property Portals
• Conduct phone and in-person viewings with potential buyers and renters
• Build relationships with local and international clients
• Stay updated on new projects, pricing, and market trends
• Achieve monthly sales goals with support from your team leader

What We’re Looking For

• No real estate experience required — training is provided
• Sales or customer service background is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Eagerness to learn about Dubai real estate market
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a bonus)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Mandatory car and driving license
• Commission ONLY role, must be okay with this
