Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of real estate sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Qatari real estate laws and market trends.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Real Estate License from the Ministry of Justice
Responsibilities:
- Source and list third-party properties, including apartments, villas, land, and commercial spaces.
- Coordinate with marketing to promote listings on digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage property viewings and host open houses.
- Negotiate and close property sales between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain up-to-date property records and sales reports.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
