Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination of logistics. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team, distributors, and logistics partners to streamline processes, manage documentation, and provide efficient support. The candidate should also be flexible to travel occasionally for coordinating and managing sales-related events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between the sales team, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and manage sales and logistics documentation (invoices, dispatch details, reports, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory, order status, and shipment schedules to avoid disruptions.
  • Assist in planning and execution of sales-related events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Resolve logistics issues, escalations, and delays proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, shipments, and customer requirements.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams for efficient logistics coordination.
  • Travel occasionally to manage and coordinate sales events, product launches, or dealer/distributor meets.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain management (FMCG/consumer goods preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM/logistics software.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
