*Job Title: Logistics Coordinator – Inside Sales*

Location: Kochi, Kerala

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and courier segment.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and rate cards with clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business and customer retention.
  • Update and manage CRM records with accurate client and sales data.
  • Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in resolving client queries and provide proactive post-sales support.

*Requirements*

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, logistics coordination, or customer service (preferably in logistics, transport, or courier industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
