We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our photography and videography services. This role combines both strategic marketing initiatives and hands-on sales execution — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition
- Research and identify potential clients, leads, and business opportunities across industries (corporate, hospitality, fashion, luxury, events, etc.).
- Reach out to prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and networking to present our services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the operations team.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress using CRM or internal systems.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid ads, etc.) to increase visibility and generate leads.
- Work with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, brochures, and digital content.
- Support the management in planning and promoting seasonal offers, brand activations, and collaborations.
- Identify and reach out to potential brand partners, event planners, and agencies to explore business collaborations.
- Contribute ideas for online and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Ensure high standards of communication and client service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up post-shoot or post-event for feedback and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing — preferably in media, events, hospitality, or creative industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus).
- Confident in client-facing situations — comfortable with meetings and presentations.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising is an advantage.
