"ABS SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS", is a privately owned, Pakistan-based company with more than 200 plus networks all over the globe. The company started as a successful Logistics Solutions handler & grew into a known “Supply Chain Management Company” in Pakistan.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson (Male or Female) to join our team. This role will primarily focus on generating sales through email outreach, telephonic sales calls, and managing sales through referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and logistics sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication skills.

Full job description

Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

· Meet and exceed the target set for contributing and generating revenue for the department.

· Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into a revenue-generating business.

· Maintain records of customer details/sales visits in the Orient.

· Identify potential customers and register opportunities in the Orient; relentlessly pursue the realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.

· Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and developing new revenue streams.

· Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.

· Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.

· Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.

· Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly/monthly sales meetings.

. Handling LCL & FCL Cargo.

· Follow up with clients for outstanding support by the Finance Controller.

Skill & Qualifications Required:

· Minimum Bachler’s degree from a reputed institution in Sales & Marketing or a relevant field.

· Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a sales management capacity within the Shipping and Logistics industry.

· Has strong knowledge of Container/Shipping Lines (products and services).

· Has strong knowledge of the local market, competitors, and industry trends.

· Project Logistics/ Off-shore Logistics experience an advantage.

Extrovert, Fluent in English, Microsoft Office

Pay: From Rs 100,000 to 150,000 per month
