Role Overview

A confident, well-presented female Marketing & Sales Executive responsible for increasing bookings, managing client communication, promoting salon services, and maintaining a warm, elegant brand image.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and WhatsApp Business.
• Create content (photos, videos, stories, reels).
• Run promotions, boosting offers and monthly campaigns.
• Respond to online inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Maintain consistent salon branding and tone.

Sales & Client Relations

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Clearly explain services, prices, and down payment policy.
• Upsell related services (hair + makeup, nails + brows, etc.).
• Follow up with leads and encourage rebooking.
• Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate when needed.

Operations

• Prepare daily booking and sales reports.
• Coordinate with beauticians on schedules.
• Ensure aftercare messages are sent for relevant services.
• Support reception during busy times.

Requirements

• Female applicants only (ladies-only salon).
• Fluent Arabic AND English (mandatory).
• 1–2 years in marketing, sales, beauty, or hospitality.
• Strong social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
• Confident communicator with a warm, elegant personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
