We are seeking a dynamic and creative ‌Marketing Specialist‌ to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and support business growth. This role requires a passion for innovation and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities‌

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the geotechnical industry, including content creation and event management.
• Identify the potential client opportunities in construction (piling, ground improvement, shoring and dewatering) and heavy machine rental & sales (crane, drilling rig, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineering teams, commercial teams, and senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.
• Organize and promote industry events or trade shows to showcase company expertise and build relationships with client & potential client.

‌Qualifications & Requirements‌

• 2+ years of experience in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with terminology of construction (especially geotechnical) industry and heavy machine.
