We are a fast-growing technical services, maintenance, and fit-out company in Dubai, delivering high-quality solutions in AC, MEP, general maintenance, renovations, and interior fit-out works. We serve landlords, property managers, villas, apartments, and commercial clients across the UAE.
We are looking for a driven Marketing & Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build relationships, respond to client inquiries, and close deals across maintenance, technical services, and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and partnerships.
- Manage the company’s presence on Google Business, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
- Run simple online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with guidance.
Sales, Client Handling & Business Development
- Respond to all client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media) in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify leads for maintenance and fit-out projects.
- Arrange site visits and meetings with landlords, property managers, and developers.
- Follow up on quotations and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, brokers, and facility managers.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update lead and client records.
- Provide weekly reports on leads, meetings, quotations, and signed projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in marketing, sales, or business development (fit-out, construction, maintenance, or real estate is a strong advantage).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of fit-out, renovation, or technical services.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
