Sales and Marketing Administrator/ Commercial Co-ordinator- UAE

To be based in Dubai or RAK

Permanent/ Full time contractor

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Sales Administrator/ Commercial Coordinator to support our commercial team. This role is split 50/50 between producing high-quality proposals and collateral, and providing reactive support for client requests, demonstrating our products at events and day-to-day sales operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain proposals, capability decks, and marketing collateral
  • Build and manage proposal templates and visual assets
  • Respond to client requests and support ad-hoc sales activities
  • Support at in region events
  • Coordinate between production and commercial teams
  • Keep CRM and sales tools updated

Who you are:

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales administration, marketing, bid coordination, or business support, ideally within a design, architecture, or creative industry.
  • Confident in a creative, fast-paced international environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Jira and Adobe
  • Strong communication skills
  • Architecture/design experience is a plus

Working closely with colleagues in the UK and UAE, you should have fluent written and spoken English.
