Have you recently graduated? Are you organized, creative, and excited about the future of AI-driven work? We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our commercial team using the latest collaboration and productivity tools including Miro, monday.com , and cutting-edge AI platforms.

In this role, you’ll help streamline sales processes, support marketing campaigns, build client presentations, manage project workflows, and keep our teams aligned and moving forward. You’ll work hands-on with visual planning boards, automated workspaces, and AI-enabled content creation to improve how our team collaborates and delivers results.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Support sales team with research, documentation, and lead follow-up by calling clients on the telephone to book appointments

✨ Assist marketing with content planning, asset organization, and campaign scheduling

✨ Build and manage workflows in monday.com

✨ Create visual boards and planning sessions in Miro

✨ Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and reporting

✨ Collaborate across teams to keep projects on track
