Sales and Marketing Assistant

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, solid marketing knowledge, and experience promoting and selling real estate projects in the UAE. This role requires someone who can generate leads, manage client relationships, and create effective marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct presentations, property tours, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers and close sales deals professionally.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.

Marketing:

• Create and implement marketing plans for property listings and company branding.
• Manage social media platforms and online property listings (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales/marketing (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
