Job Summary
We manufacture and sell Teeth Whitening products to consumers as well as Dental professionals. We are a start up company growing very fast. Looking for dynamic marketing and sales associate to do Digital Marketing to help grow the company. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our innovative team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and supporting sales initiatives across multiple channels. Latest computer skills, experience in Digital Marketing and social media is a must. Salary commensurate with experience and performance.

Duties

• Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email, print, and digital advertising channels to maximize reach and engagement
• Manage social media marketing efforts by creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results
• Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with the product management team to develop promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic through content marketing and website optimization techniques on platforms like WordPress and HTML
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through personalized email marketing efforts
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media marketing, SEO, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and email marketing
• Knowledge of performance marketing techniques such as advertising sales, B2B (business-to-business) marketing, and e-commerce strategies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for various audiences
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and understanding of multichannel marketing approaches
• Excellent research skills to stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and collaboration

Pay: $47,746.43 - $75,000.00 per year
