Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for our agency. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys building brand presence, driving inbound opportunities, and supporting a professional sales team.
The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our marketing strategy across digital platforms while supporting growth initiatives for both personal and commercial lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an overall marketing strategy aligned with agency growth goals
- Manage and update the agency website, including content, SEO, and basic analytics
- Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and content scheduling
- Create marketing campaigns to support new business production and retention
- Coordinate email marketing, newsletters, and client communications
- Manage relationships with outside vendors (web developers, designers, printers, etc.)
- Track and report marketing metrics and ROI
- Collaborate with agency leadership and producers to support sales initiatives
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or professional services
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and website management
- Experience with content creation, branding, and campaign development
- Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Insurance experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
