Sales and Marketing Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead and execute both our marketing and revenue-generation initiatives across local and international markets. This role combines brand leadership with direct sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on ultra-luxury and high-end membership sales, revenue growth, and team development within a fast-paced, luxury-oriented environment.

In this role, the Sales & Marketing Director will oversee the Marketing and Events Managers while also building, leading, and scaling a high-performing sales team focused on premium membership acquisition. You will work closely with Sales, Events, and IT teams to align brand strategy with revenue goals, ensuring seamless integration between marketing efforts, sales execution, and a best-in-class client experience tailored to an ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth
  • Lead ultra-luxury, high-end membership sales, including pipeline development and conversion
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs, targets, and performance standards
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, partnerships, events) to generate qualified leads
  • Align marketing efforts with sales funnels and CRM systems to optimize lead conversion
  • Drive member acquisition, retention, and upselling strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Events, and IT teams to support business objectives
  • Manage and mentor Marketing and Events Managers to ensure high performance and alignment
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, optimizing for ROI
  • Manage budgets and identify strategic partnerships to support growth

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership within ultra-luxury or high-end markets (e.g., luxury hospitality, private clubs, premium memberships, or UHNW client services)
  • Strong track record in ultra-luxury or high-ticket membership sales
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Solid background in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Work Setup & Benefits

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
