Sales and Marketing Engineer

Innovative Solar Solutions is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Engineers to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving sales of rooftop solar solutions for residential and industrial customers, with a secondary emphasis on photovoltaic (PV) module sales. We are looking for motivated individuals who can generate leads, convert them into sales, and effectively follow up on company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and pursue new sales leads for rooftop solar systems and PV modules.
• Convert both self-generated and company-provided leads into successful sales.
• Conduct field visits to customer sites to assess needs, pitch solutions, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and industrial clients.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Participate in a comprehensive one-week solar training program to gain product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Young, energetic individuals with a passion for sales and renewable energy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform extensive fieldwork and visit customer locations.
• Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
