Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can be both a storyteller and a closer. This is a front-line role where you’ll engage potential clients, create strong impressions, and convert inquiries into bookings — while also helping amplify our brand presence through marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and digitally savvy — able to balance the art of sales with the science of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales & Client Engagement

o Respond to leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings.

o Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their aspirations and tailoring journeys to their needs.

o Maintain client records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

· Marketing Support

o Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

o Manage content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials in coordination with the marketing team.

o Track campaign performance and contribute ideas for lead generation.

· Brand Representation

o Represent Soil2Soul at travel expos, events, and client meetings.

o Act as an ambassador of the brand, creating lasting impressions with potential customers.

Who We’re Looking For

· Strong communication and presentation skills — polished, persuasive, and client-focused. Preferred language of communication - English, Hindi & Local language.

· Natural ability to create trust and inspire confidence in premium clients.

· Digital marketing familiarity (social media, email campaigns, content promotion).

· Self-driven and able to manage both sales pipelines and marketing tasks independently.

· Passion for India’s culture, heritage, and spirituality.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.

· 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle preferred).

· Freshers with exceptional confidence, digital savvy, and people skills will also be considered for the position of sales & marketing trainees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
