Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in marine, subsea, or offshore service industries and possess strong technical understanding of underwater operations to effectively promote our services to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine, shipping, and offshore.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, vessel managers, and other key industry stakeholders.

4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations aligned with client requirements.

5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

6. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.

Marketing & Branding

1. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Nereus Subsea’s brand and services.

2. Manage online presence including website content, LinkedIn, and digital marketing campaigns.

3. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility.

4. Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, service portfolios, and newsletters.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Client Relations & Coordination

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through project execution.

2. Coordinate with the operations and diving teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

3. Handle customer concerns promptly and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the marine, subsea, or offshore industry (preferred).

3. Strong understanding of underwater inspection, maintenance, and commercial diving services.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.

6. Ability to work independently with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
