Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with brokers, following up on leads, and implementing marketing strategies to maximize property sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with real estate brokers and channel partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Follow up with brokers and clients to track progress, close deals, and maintain strong relationships.
• Generate new leads through broker networks, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives (digital, print, events) to promote properties.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, broker interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with proven broker coordination experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, customer acquisition strategies, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and marketing platforms.
