Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn products/services quickly.
- Fluency in local language + English, Telugu and Hindi
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduation
- Proven experience in sales (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel if required.
