Role Overview

We are looking for a Domestic Sales Executive to strengthen our India market sales operations. This role focuses on handling enquiries from domestic customers, generating new business within India, and maintaining strong relationships with traders, distributors, and end users.

This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in industrial B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic sales enquiries from Indian customers
• Communicate with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations
• Build and maintain relationships with traders, distributors, and end users
• Identify new domestic sales opportunities and potential customers
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain customer data, sales records, and follow-up reports
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in domestic B2B sales (industrial / manufacturing preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Experience in steel, pipes, tubes, or industrial products is an advantage
