Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth across multiple channels. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on multichannel marketing including social media, email, print advertising, and digital platforms.
• Contact prospective clients globally via phone, email, or other communication channels to present and sell real estate properties.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Provide clients with all necessary property information, including pricing, documentation, and investment benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and client engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Executive Role in UAE at least 1 year.
• Strong knowledge of advertising sales techniques and experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Candidate should speak English, Hindi and Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and product management processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent research skills combined with the ability to craft persuasive copy tailored to target audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
• Capable to achieve monthly sales targets.
