Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Publication House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing textbooks and educational publications, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of textbooks to schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering solutions and services tailored to their needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve departmental sales targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• MBA / BBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
