Sales and Marketing Executive - TV Advertisment

Hum Network FZ LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving TV advertising revenue, strengthening market presence, and building long-term relationships with media agencies and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure TV advertising business from media houses, agencies, and direct clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and key decision-makers across the UAE.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Prepare sales proposals, media plans, and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Represent Hum Network FZ LLC at industry events, meetings, and client engagements.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Strong existing network and relationships with media houses, media buying agencies, and advertisers in the UAE.
• Proven experience in TV Ad Sales, Media Sales, Broadcast Sales, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
