Job Title: Digital Sales & Marketing Executive

Location:Remote

Reporting to: Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate results-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing our brand’s digital footprint. The role combines sales-oriented outreach with digital marketing strategy and execution, working closely with both marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute and optimise digital sales campaigns to meet revenue targets.

Identify and engage potential customers through digital channels (social media, email, web, etc.).

Work with the marketing team to build and refine digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social).

Manage the company’s online presence: website content, social media platforms, landing pages.

Analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversions, lead quality, ROI) and report regularly.

Maintain and update CRM system, nurture leads and support the sales pipeline until closure.

Customer Perceptions

Stay current on digital marketing and sales trends, propose innovative approaches to capture market share.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms: SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, PPC.

Proven experience in a sales or digital sales role, with a track-record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and closing deals.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred

Experience working in an e-commerce or digital product/service environment.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic HTML/CSS, or landing page tools.

Certifications in Google Ads/Analytics, or equivalent.
