Job Description

Rely Logistics & IT Solutions is looking for motivated and energetic Sales Representatives to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting company services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Promote and explain company services professionally.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer records.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

Update CRM and sales records regularly.

Requirements

Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Previous call center or sales experience is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Strong English communication skills preferred.
