Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Identify potential leads and assist in lead generation activities
• Support the team in handling client communications and follow-ups
• Assist in creating marketing content for social media and promotional campaigns
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve performance
• Maintain and update the customer database and reports
