Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Intern

Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, lead generation, and client relationship management within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing team in expanding our market presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the IT products and services sector.
  • Assist in lead generation through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
  • Support in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and schedule meetings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Assist in content creation for the company’s website, blogs, and social media pages.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Research and implement growth hacking strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

Client Engagement & Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Support in organizing webinars, events, and networking sessions for lead generation.
  • Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology, sales, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT products, SaaS solutions, or software services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
