Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, build brand presence, and strengthen client relationships across our hotel and banquet operations. This role blends digital marketing expertise with hands-on sales. You’ll manage social media and online promotions, lead advertising campaigns, and work directly with clients through site tours, outreach, and event sales.

The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality sales or marketing, strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and online promotions.
• Plan and oversee advertising, PR, and branding initiatives.
• Conduct site tours, client meetings, and event sales outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, upsell services, and maximize event revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.
