Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional with experience in the printing inks or flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, and strategic marketing of our extrusion lamination and polyamide-based ink systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Extrusion Lamination Inks, Toluene-Free Extrusion Lamination Inks, Polyamide Base Inks, and AD Convertex HR Inks.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with packaging manufacturing industry.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: MBA in Marketing (preferred).
• Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of printing inks
• Strong knowledge of extrusion lamination, toluene-free ink systems, and polyamide-based inks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, market surveys, and exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
