Sales and Marketing Manager

Generate leads through various channels; conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Advise clients on property matters, understand their requirements, and provide recommendations.Maintain client databases (CRM systems), prepare sales reports, and handle contracts and closing statements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Previous experience in real estate or sales is beneficial.
