1. Sales and Marketing Manager Job Description:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will drive sales growth and promote Midas Wellness Hub's holistic services. This position combines market research, lead generation, relationship-building, and campaign management. The goal is to increase brand awareness, attract clients, and contribute to the business's overall success.
Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients and engage in proactive outreach through calls, emails, and networking. Nurture leads and close sales by offering customized solutions.
● Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies tailored to Midas Wellness Hub’s services. Monitor sales targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
● Brand Positioning & Awareness: Develop strategies to raise brand awareness through local events, corporate partnerships, social media, and marketing materials. ● Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions, seasonal offers, and targeted campaigns to drive sales.
● Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights to improve service offerings.
● Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, including KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue, and client acquisition costs. Provide actionable feedback for improvement.
● Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries with product and service information, addressing concerns in a professional and prompt manner.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and customer support teams to ensure aligned messaging and smooth client onboarding.
● Events & Networking: Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, or corporate tie-ups to generate leads and promote services.
Key Skills:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
