A Sales & Marketing role in the Industrial Wire industry involves driving B2B revenue by targeting EPCs, OEMs, and contractors, offering technical solutions for cables/wires, managing client relationships, generating leads via market research and networking, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, requiring strong technical product knowledge and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new clients (EPCs, OEMs, infrastructure, railways), explore projects, and generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Meet/exceed regional sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and ensure revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with senior management, consultants, and partners; handle client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical solutions, product knowledge (cables, harnesses), and conduct presentations/training.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and refine strategies for market leadership.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and finance for timely order execution, proposals, and reporting (DSR, CRM).
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop sales/marketing plans, create action plans, and potentially train junior sales team members.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven B2B/Industrial Sales in electrical/cable/manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industrial cables, wires, and relevant machinery/applications.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building, self-motivation, and problem-solving.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software.
  • Education: Engineering/MBA preferred, but a strong track record is key.
  • Attributes: Ability to travel, work independently, and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
