Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Head to lead student admissions, branding, and institutional growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase enrollments and strengthen the institution’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve admission targets
• Lead and manage the admissions, sales, and marketing team
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (online & offline)
• Coordinate school/college visits, education fairs, seminars, and events
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and consultants
• Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and admissions performance
• Oversee digital marketing activities (social media, website, campaigns)
• Prepare reports and present performance updates to management
• Ensure brand visibility and positive institutional image

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales & marketing leadership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in education admissions marketing will be an added advantage
• Target-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to lead teams and work under pressure
