Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, cold calling, client engagement, and on-site follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role requires proactive outreach, digital marketing support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful order closures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Identify potential clients via online platforms, references, and industry directories.
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Maintain a daily call log, follow-up schedule, and client database.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Follow up on warm leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate site visits or product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable furniture solutions.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
3. Sales Execution
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders in coordination with the pricing and production teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through a combination of cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Assist in project coordination from inquiry to dispatch and installation.
4. Marketing & Promotion
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including WhatsApp, email, and social media outreach.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, promotions, and trade events.
- Collect client feedback and market intelligence for product and service improvement.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain CRM or Excel records of leads, prospects, and sales status.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Dispatch teams to meet client timelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in furniture or interior solutions.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred).
- Confident in cold calling and handling client objections.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
