Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to increase hotel revenue by driving room sales, corporate business, events, and overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Handle corporate, travel agent, OTA, and group bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Plan and execute promotions, packages, and digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
