Job responsibility:
- Lead nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with Present Distributors and Custom.
- Negotiate and close agreements with key customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics(MIS Reports) and suggest improvements . Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts & achievement .
- Guide research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions for product or new product aligned with market requirements/needs.
- Liaise with sales and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Managing, Supervision & team leadership, Need to manage hospitality event & exhibition & give presentation.
- Branding and marketing / Corporate Gifting.
Skill:
- Strong customer focus and commercial outlook.
- High level of Integrity, Willingness to travel.
Experience: Minimum 9-12 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Branding and development, Business Development, and Sales.
Salary: Based on Interview.
