Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth and market expansion for the company’s bearing products by leading sales teams, developing effective sales and marketing strategies, and strengthening relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers. The role focuses on business development, market analysis, key account management, and cross-functional coordination to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor sales team performance against targets.
• Manage key relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
• Identify new markets, applications, and business opportunities for bearing products.
• Oversee pricing, negotiations, and contracts with key customers.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, product promotions, and new product launches.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Strengthen distribution networks and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production, technical, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and provide strategic inputs to management.
