Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with 0–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for residential/commercial projects
• Generate leads through digital marketing, site visits, referrals, and channel partners
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and branding activities
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Support documentation, booking, and closing processes
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage leads and close deals effectively
• Customer-focused approach with a result-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation platforms
• Willingness to work on-site and during weekends if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
