Sales and Marketing Manager

The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and achieving organizational goals. The role involves planning, coordination, leadership, and performance monitoring to ensure efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operations
• Supervise and guide team members to achieve targets
• Assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Handle customer/client queries and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare reports on performance, attendance, and operations
• Coordinate with senior management for planning and execution
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development
• Maintain discipline and a positive work environment
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a managerial role within the education sector is required.
