JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the services of Milan Medical Center and achieve organizational growth objectives. Oversees business development activities, branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and sales operations while ensuring excellent customer engagement and market presence. Demonstrates professionalism at all times and maintains compliance with organizational policies and standards. Responsible for building strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and strategic partners to increase revenue and expand the center’s market reach.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
B. Identifies new business opportunities and develops relationships with corporate clients and partners.
C. Oversees marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other promotional platforms.
D. Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve services and business performance.
E. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
F. Coordinates promotional activities, events, and branding initiatives for the center.
G. Works closely with management to develop pricing strategies and service promotions.
H. Prepares sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
I. Supervises and supports the sales and marketing team to ensure achievement of departmental targets.
J. Ensures all marketing materials and communications are aligned with company branding guidelines.
K. Maintains effective communication and coordination with all departments within the center.
L. Participates in budgeting and resource planning for marketing and promotional activities.
M. Ensures customer satisfaction and handles client concerns professionally and efficiently.
N. Maintains confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
O. Participates in quality improvement programs and organizational development initiatives.
P. Keeps current with departmental policies, procedures, and mandatory annual training requirements.
Q. Complies with national and international standards, organizational regulations, and ethical business practices.
R. Performs other duties within the scope of knowledge, skills, and experience as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
EDUCATIONAL LICENSURE:
A. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
B. Master’s Degree or professional certification in Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A. Minimum of three to five years experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in healthcare or medical center settings.
B. Previous experience in KSA healthcare industry is preferred.
C. Experience in corporate sales, business development, and digital marketing is an advantage.
7. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
B. Knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies and business development practices.
C. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
D. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
E. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
F. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
G. Good English language skills required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
PHYSICAL EFFORT REQUIRED:
Must be in good physical condition and fit to perform all related duties.
HOURS/SHIFT OR WORK:
Staff must be available to work assigned shifts in the department. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
