Sales and Marketing Manager

Overview

Seeking dynamic sales professional who loves people and dogs. 80% of your time with be spent in the office working with customers and potential customers. This position requires one be dynamic, personable, capable, enthusiatic, tireless, motivated, competitive, driven and love a challenge. The ideal candidate does not like missing goals, and has creative, innovative solutions. One must know how to use social media to drive business. This position requires one to be adaptable and able to multitask. This individual reports to the General Manager. Duties

• Lead and execute comprehensive outside sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Manage and develop key client accounts through proactive account management and personalized customer service
• Drive business development initiatives by establishing strong relationships with potential clients in target industries
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and enhance brand visibility
• Utilize Salesforce or similar tools to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and optimize outreach efforts
• Conduct technical sales presentations and negotiations, demonstrating product value tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

Qualifications

• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a sales team and coordinate marketing projects effectively
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for analysis, reporting, and pipeline management
• Demonstrated success in business development, customer service, and account management roles
• Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans for growth
• Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, motivate performance, and foster a results-oriented culture

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
