Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be primarily responsiblefor executing the sales strategyof the hotel with the ultimate objectiveof maximizing revenue across all revenue generating outlets.
Key Responsibilities
* Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel.
* Liaise with the General Manager in adopting price strategies l.
* Identify and approach potential corporate clients,travel agents.
* Prepare proposals,negotiate rates and finalize group bookings.
* Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
* Maintain good rapport with existing clients and key accounts for repeate business.
* Conduct market research to stay competitive and identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room rate and inventory.
Required Skills & Qualification :
* Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Marketing
* 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative decisions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
