Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our luxury furniture brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing monthly sales, strengthening brand visibility, and driving the team toward overall brand success. This role blends creativity, leadership, and strategic planning to elevate our presence across all channels — from personalized client experiences to strong social media engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and key partners in the luxury interiors market.
- Oversee quotations, pricing strategies, and project follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborations to expand market reach locally and regionally.
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams for seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Create and execute marketing campaigns that reflect the brand’s luxury identity and craftsmanship.
- Plan seasonal and promotional campaigns to highlight new collections and bespoke furniture pieces.
- Supervise photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality content aligned with brand standards.
- Develop strong storytelling across digital and offline channels to showcase the brand’s heritage and creativity.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Visibility
- Lead strategies to enhance brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee content creation, posting schedules, and community management to increase engagement and followers.
- Manage paid campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) to drive inquiries, website visits, and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and continuously optimize digital results.
- Improve SEO and website traffic to ensure stronger online discoverability.
Leadership & Reporting
- Guide and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver top performance.
- Conduct weekly progress reviews and set clear objectives aligned with company goals.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, campaign results, and market feedback.
- Work directly with management to shape long-term growth and marketing direction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the furniture, interior design, or luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
