Sales and Marketing Manager(Fresher)

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing professional with Fresher to 1 year experienced in the automation and fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and relationship management across both existing and new accounts. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, coordinating with the engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely follow-up to achieve sales targets. The candidate should have experience dealing with industrial automation, fabrication solutions, and project-based sales, and be capable of developing strategies to expand market presence. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to travel for client visits and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other industrial clients.
