Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Umm AL Quwain ( preferred candidates who are willing to relocate)

Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 AED per month, plus commission based on sales targets

Experience: 4 to 6 years in Construction, Fitout, or Joinery

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer who has solid experience in the construction, fitout, or joinery field. The role focuses on building client relationships, preparing proposals, and helping the company secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients

Prepare quotations, presentations, and follow up on leads

Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure client needs are met

Track market trends and identify new opportunities

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of sales and marketing experience in construction, fitout, or joinery

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of project cycles and client requirements

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Compensation

Commission based on sales performance
