Sales and Marketing Professional for child care centers

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target B2C clients across various industries, focusing on technology and product solutions.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities while fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, lead generation campaigns, and territory management to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Oversee territory management by planning sales routes, scheduling client visits, and optimizing coverage for maximum outreach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical sales support when needed.
  • Drive inside sales efforts through strategic follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue streams.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2C environment.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Expertise in technology sales with an understanding of CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
  • Skilled in product demos, technical sales presentations, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Ability to manage territory sales efficiently through territory management strategies.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation tactics, and direct sales approaches.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective negotiation abilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
