Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead the identification and conversion of high-value business opportunities.
  • Oversee key client negotiations, proposals, and account management.
  • Collaborate with property GMs and department heads to align business objectives.

2. Client Relationship & Key Account Management

  • Maintain and expand strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Conduct high-level sales meetings, business development activities, and property presentations.
  • Ensure consistent client satisfaction, issue resolution, and repeat business.

3. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Pandav Hotels’ eco-tourism and resort offerings.
  • Supervise the creation of promotional content (brochures, ads, digital media).
  • Manage social media strategy, advertising, and brand partnerships to enhance visibility.
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with brand standards and positioning.

4. Revenue Management & Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, booking trends, and market conditions to refine strategies.
  • Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and business performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets and improve outcomes.

5. Market Research & Competitor Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and business tactics based on insights.

6. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Conduct training sessions to build skills in sales techniques, client handling, and marketing tools.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and foster team collaboration.

7. Brand Development & Public Relations

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, tourism events, and networking platforms.
  • Build media and PR relationships to generate positive brand coverage.
  • Oversee internal communication to ensure staff alignment with brand values and messaging.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing or Tourism (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, revenue generation, and client management.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and reporting platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
