Sales and Marketing Representative -Fire System

Core Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors like construction, real estate, and industrial facilities
  • Promote fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fire safety solutions
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations

Marketing Activities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote fire safety products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Participate in exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings

Tendering & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
  • Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for project costing
  • Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and client specifications

Coordination & Project Support

  • Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor project progress and support clients during installation and commissioning
  • Handle after-sales support and customer feedback

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting systems
  • Understanding of local safety regulations (e.g., Civil Defense standards in UAE)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
