About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop business for our automobile garage. The role involves generating new clients from fleet companies, logistics companies, and retail customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers (fleet, logistics, and retail clients)
• Promote garage services including mechanical, electrical, AC, and denting & painting
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with workshop team for job execution
• Daily field visits for business development

Sales Target & Incentive Structure

Below AED 40,000: Commission will be decided by the company based on performance.

Up to AED 60,000: Commission AED 2,500, Travel Allowance AED 300. Total AED 2,800

Up to AED 110,000: Commission AED 5,000, Travel Allowance AED 500. Total AED 5,500

Up to AED 200,000: Commission AED 10,000, Travel Allowance AED 1,000. Total AED 11,000

• No salary, purely commission-based role.
• Incentive and allowance will be paid on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of proven experience in UAE garage / automotive sales & marketing (Mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills (English, Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam preferred)
• Ability to confidently approach fleet and retail clients
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Own car required for field visits (Mandatory)
